right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you took possession of the goods. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to Sabine Rössler GmbH, e.g. by email about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

There is NO right of withdrawal for coins and goods whose price depends on the development of rates on the financial markets, over which Sabine Rössler GmbH has no influence. These include: coins in gold or silver, bars in all available sizes, ducats in all denominations.  Also 

In addition, there is no right of withdrawal for products that were made to customer specifications, e.g. Medals with engraving.

If you revoke a contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

You must send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the tab on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.
